Jump N Bump FAQ's
The earlier you make your reservation the better your chance of getting the moonwalk and date you want. We appreciate as much advance notice as possible, but we will always work with you even if it is a last minute request.
You must provide your name, address, telephone number, location of the party, time of party, whether a generator will be needed, and the requested moonwalk/slide. All booked moonwalks/slide will be verified approximately three days before the party.
No deposit is needed. You pay for your jump when it is delivered. We accept cash or personal checks only.
Please call as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. We do not charge for a cancellation. If you need to reschedule your moonwalk/slide, please do so as soon as possible. We will provide the same moonwalk/slide if the same is available. Otherwise, you must choose another moonwalk/slide. All moonwalk/slides are scheduled on a first-come, first-serve basis.
All moonwalks/slides are rented for one price for the day. Deliveries are made from approximately 8:00 am until 1:00 pm, unless your party starts later in the day; therefore a later delivery time will be made. Moonwalks/slides are picked up by dark unless other arrangements have been made.
The space varies depending on the moonwalk/slide. Please check for size requirements when the moonwalk/slide is ordered.
A moonwalk/slide can be set-up anywhere on your property as long as it is level and firm. The wet slide can only be set up on grass. Concrete and grass are both acceptable. Tarps will be furnished under each moonwalk/slide.
Your moonwalk/slide will be delivered and set-up at an agreed upon location at the scheduled time. Rental and Release Agreement will be provided for your signature. Proper use, safety questions and rules will be discussed at this time. REMEMBER: There is no eating or drinking in the moonwalk/slide. Also, NO SILLY STRING or CHEWING GUM!
